Maximise what one person can achieve.
One Human Unicorn begins with a simple question: what can one person do now that once required a company?
The answer changes every week. New tools make it possible to research faster, build without a large team and run systems that used to be out of reach. But finding more software is not the same as doing better work. Most products are oversold, most workflows stop at the demo and much of the advice around them has never been tested.
We use these tools inside real projects. We explain the complete workflow, including the awkward setup, the decisions that still need a person and the places where the technology fails. If a product is useful, we show exactly why. If it is not, we say so.
That work becomes in-depth reviews, practical guides and one ambitious build each month. The aim is to leave you with something you can use, not another prediction about the future.
We care about leverage, not busyness. The point is not to squeeze more work into every day. It is to give ambitious people the knowledge and systems to attempt things that previously needed permission, money or a much larger team.
Technology will keep changing. Our standard will not: does this help one person do something meaningful that they could not do before?
